Born Lilian Ruth Homer 12/01/1929 Our mom had a struggle in her younger life she had Scarlet Fever at an early age and after having two children Carl & Sylvia she caught Tuberculosis in her early 20's, as a result of TB she lost a lung and part of her rib cage. Her strength was obvious as she went on to have a further 6 children John, Jenny, Francis, Teresa, Maria & Carmel with our dad James Hone who passed away in 1991 aged 66. After a period of time our mom then met a wonderful man named John Hurst now lovingly known as dad. She remarried and has had a wonderful 19 years of being happily married to John Hurst. Even at the end she was only concerened about others, us her children, and her beloved husband John Hurst(also Known as Jack to some). Born with the initials LRH which were her Initials trough life from beginning to end If you knew our mom and want to edit amend or add to this story please do, there is much that i won't remember but will be pleased to be reminded of, thank you.
